Haven't used the place you mentioned, but I use getstdtested.com. Price is about the same for the complete tests. I think the place I used was $245.
I get tested about every 3-4 months for peace of mind alone.

Go in the morning and, if possible, make it your first pee of the day. You get the most accurate results that way.

Again...not sure about the place you mentioned, but the one I use includes a 'consult' if you come back positive with something simple and they charge $60 to write a prescription. Probably just azithromycin.
You can also just walk into an 'urgent care' place or walk in clinic and get a scrip the same way.

If your results come back "positive" for herpes....don't worry about it as it means nothing. All it means is that you've been exposed to it (as 98% of adults have) most likely as a child and that the antibodies are present in your blood. It does NOT mean you "have it".
The value of the herpes blood test itself is highly debated and generally considered worthless....but they include it in most comprehensive testing panels.

Good for you for getting tested! Some things like chlamydia don't show symptoms in 3 out of 4 men who actually have it......and only 30% of women who have it show symptoms.
If you have it, and it shows no symptoms, untreated it can lead to some real ugly things that you will have for life. Arthritis is one.
I know this because very recently a very good friend found out the hard way after finding out his wife cheated on him..... and I've been helping him learn and research.

Good luck....and big praise for being responsible.

Just sayin'

Decided to go get a routine set of tests done, no symptoms just for piece of mind.

2 questions

Where? Thinking about anytest, seems a reasonable price and anonymous - any experience with them?

What if? What if the results come back with something ( not the big one) - where do you go to get anonymous medicine?

The place I go to went from $270 to $400. I guess demand must have picked up big time. I have to try to the place you go to. Thanks once again for the info.

You will sometimes find ads for hobby friendly private std testing places. You get your results right away for herpes, hiv, and syphilis. The other diseases they will call back a few days.

The other thing you could do is get life insurance and cancel it. Trust me they test for everything.

When you got to the testing place pay cash of course. The good places will also check your liver levels and test you for hepatitis and/or mono.

The doctors will give you some pointers on how to avoid catching stds. The place that I go to in DC the doctor got a big laugh because all the new clientèle he got a few years ago.

I use AnyLabTest in Atlanta. Pay cash and use a fictitious name so it's anonymous. There are rapid tests that you can wait and get the results right away. Any that they draw blood for you stop back by in a week with your receipt to get the results. I always go weekdays in the morning and have never seen another customer in the place. Quick and easy.
I don't know about any anonymous treatment opportunities, though. Hopefully you won't need any! Good luck.
