I can appreciate a nice tattoo, but I've seen some lately that just boggle my mind.  
 
To me they don't seem like art when they say something like "billy's b*tch" surrounded by stick figure drawings.  

I know a tattoo may be a personal statement, but can a tattoo ever be wrong?
