sorry to sound like a non-believer but its because im not. your reviews are all highly ranked, and for services performed those just dont add up. not to mention that all the people posting those reviews are first timers.

has anyone that has some credibility here seen her?

I too agree with thenotsoshyman until I see a review from someone who is established I will have to pass on Sugar.

She was petite and cute, with a very nice ass.  I enjoyed her and would see her again.  
Her location was a little untidy.  Also I have moved to another side of town so she is not convenient for me.  DATY was very good as were her oral skills.  Greek was not offered.  She said she does interactive doubles.  
I see providers from Chocolate Fantasy Girls and have seen the following independents:  Sade Nicole, Quincy, and Tasha.  All 3 of them give better sessions than Sugar, but she was priced less.  (Main difference in sessions was that Sugar was less talkative.)

I hate to cast aspersions, but if you look on the TBD  you'll find two similarly suspect reviews for her and another girl from the same agency, plus a posting that sounds just like an advertisement today.  I don't know, but it sure sounds fishy to me.
