I can't say the same for JPW, I've done the math and there is quite a bit leftover, but count the work that goes into it and it's not exactly a money making venture.'

I have hosted a couple and never bothered charging anybody anything, a couple of people always chipped in and it just wasn't worth charging for IMO.

Back in the days when PT hosted them regularly at her place, I doubt more than three or four of us ever kicked in a penny, so her chances of ever "making a profit" were nill. lol

I love to get drunk, but I don't have have the inclination to beat anyone's ass, unless of course I caught a man taking advantage of a helpless, sleeping girl. At that point all bets are off.

Maybe we could have a party with am Italian version of a "cinco de mayo" theme? We could just have the pinata modeled after Dirty Daego, and filled with condoms and sex toys instead of candy. lol

Meet & greet hosts come & go over time.  When one person runs too many, they usually do it to build a power base.  They're a ton of work and unless you're doing it to make the cash, the other motive is almost always about power and pulling strings.  I'm sure that people would give you a had if you're up to it Joe.

and I don't know the group dynamics here!  I'd just assume fly in under the radar and have a good time and pay the fee.   I will say it seems a bit unsavory to throw one of these and try to make money off of it.

We had a good time. I remember you always kicking in lotsa bottles of really nice wines,,,others brang food.., But those were small intimate get togethers... When I held the big ones for the generak communitty  I charged a whole lot less.. like 30 bucks.. paid a dj and doorman but always still broke even,, they dont cost much,, its a time eater though!. I   will help someone with guidance if they want,, I dont personally want to do them anymore...
