I think it's picked up. I've gotten more outcall requests but I can't take most because if the highway debacle.
Has activity slowed down because of avoidance of traffic congestion, or is it too early to tell?

I live outside the city and the debacle. Quiet and easy. I do have to commute through that, occasionally and have with no issues. Spring break helps.
