As a provider, personally i try my very best to make someone feel comfortable.. A lot of the things you mentioned should come as second nature to some. Sometimes things just go overlooked. But the most important thing is the choice of provider gentlemen choose. If you are looking for a certain experience then search where you are positive you can recieve that experience (i.e checkin reviews, etc.) Sometimes a chemistry over the phone can also navigate the type of experience you will have. I am by the book when it comes to phone etiqute. If we cant click over the phone things may be uncomfortable in person.

Something I just have to get out of my system:
Much of my enjoyment of the hobby experience is related to its fantasy elements. I, for one, much prefer a classy experience. Others may nor agree, but for me this includes both the "hands-on" aspects as well as the environment. For example, a lady all-but immediately removing clothing and beginning activities makes it difficult for me to feel we've gotten to know each other to some extent (even if either or both assume "hobby" identities), which constrains the fantasy, detracting from the experience. So does getting up the second you think I've "finished." And while tossing me a washcloth is better than doing nothing, it's far more considerate and classier to come back to bed with two towels, one warm and wet while the other is dry, and make cleaning-up playful.
The environment where an encounter takes place can have a great effect upon the totality of the experience. Here are a few environmental factors I have experienced that I would have greatly preferred not to have had present: pervasive odor of urine (yes, she has a young child, but my nostrils shouldn't be assaulted by olfactory evidence as soon as I step inside); strong odor of cigarettes, especially when in a hotel room clearly marked "non-smoking"; clothes strewn around the room; overflowing ashtrays; no soap at the sink; no clean towels; filthy bathroom; dirty clothing on the bathroom floor; no fresh sheet (at the very least put down a clean, fresh-smelling towel so I'm not lying right where your previous clients were); people of questionable intent loitering around the parking lot, lobby, or hall; and no good place to place my clothes.
A large part of being classy is just simple consideration. Try to put yourself in the place of your guest. Experience the environment from a fresh perspective, as if you've arrived for the first time. Is there anything that you, playing a first-time guest, find off-putting? Is there anything you can do to make the environment more comfortable and inviting?
Okay, it feels better to have written this. But I'm also curious: does anyone agree?
There are providers who DO offer a truly wonderful experience. I treat my clients the way I wish to be treated. Now most of you are thinking, what makes you think you can charge more when you are new to TER, only have four reviews and aren't a pornstar? Your post makes it very clear why I charge more. My incall location is safe, gated,secure, and close to the interstate. I keep it clean, fresh and always provide clean linens and toiletries. I provide a relaxing atomosphere with candles, music and keep the temperature comfortable. I always provide bottled water and more upon request. You've heard the saying, you get what you pay for. Instead of volume, why not go for quality?

I find classy experience is always done
By the chick whose focus is on you. Regardless of
Agency or indy. If the girl is into you
It will be a first class appt.
It helps if she is educated and polite of coarse.
That is why I dig SA girls the most.
Classy is an attention to organizational details. This is especially true and a bit easier if the lady works out of an apartment for her 'office'. It's like going to the MD's office (and most of us have had fantasies about the Head Nurse or such). You walk in for the first time and you look at the cleanliness of the lobby/den. Magazines and couch pillows strewn about or does it look tidy? Is the bedroom/exam room cluttered or does it look organized with a made bed and an empty chair? Are the mirrors clean or smudged? Is there other evidence from prior exams and a rush to turn over the room?
And of course everything else phaseshift posted.
Not many people like to have 'a physical' in a dirty/smelly room. Sure, you see some doctors/ladies have better facilities than others, and the cleanest also tend to be the most expensive. Though some guys will decide to 'stick to whatever's cheapest', but for other guys - like myself - it's more about quality over quantity.

...as a guy that writes a true review will mention these (at least it is part of the description of the place you visited).
Now, I try to have mostly outcall, so I can guarantee that there is no smoke, I do clean and change my sheets prior to an encounter, my towels are freshly washed, fresh (unboxed) soap and I provide new toothbrushes, mini-unopened mouthwash, and toothpaste (you know, the travel pack for about $2.50 that you can pick up at Walmart or Target), small deoderant..darn, I guess I provide a better list on amenities than a few of Phaseshift's ladies LOL.
Phasehift did not mention the dogs that are sometimes present.I have no issue, as i do own a small Pope Terrier, and he gets to watch (usually leaves room after a minute- hope that is not a comment on my performance).
Happy to say I've never had an issue with any of my reviewed ladies, and none fell into this category.
Prior to the internet, when advertisements were newspaper only (e.g. Creative Loafing) and one never knew what lady looked like as there were no pictures (usually) and no reviews, I did run into a few of the scenarios as described by the author.
Unfortunately, the experiences I wrote of were all with ladies who receive good reviews here. Perhaps I experienced a run of bad timing, catching several ladies when they were, to be charitable, "relaxed" about their surroundings, but I suspect it's more likely that for many men, once the "little head" finds a slick, warm, and dark place to play, the big head just shuts down. (To be honest, I guess that's happenend with me from time to time, too.)
Hmmm, iggy, for some reason, even though I'm single, I've almost always gone the incall route. It may be time to reconsider. As you wrote, at least then the environment won't be an unpleasant surprise.
I make sure it's like a day at the spa nice jazz playing in the back ground! Room spotless! Me shower fresh and dressed to the nine! Candles every where!! I never rush ! The time you spend with me should be nothing but pleasure, no stress ever!! That's just how I roll!! Well me and my sister Terry Lynn, She taught me well !
