How old should a ladies' most recent review be before you assume that she has retired, moved, or otherwise become inactive? 3 months? 6 months? Longer?
I'm interested in meeting the ladies below, but it's been 6+ months since most of them have been reviewed. Does anyone have any info on these ladies? Any help is appreciated.

Only real answer for you is make one, possibly two attempts at direct contact or send pm to one of her reviewers you trust and ask what they know.
In some cases, heavily reviewed ladies stop getting reviewed because they want to increase the level of discretion in their lives, while they continue to provide.
In other cases, heavily reviewed ladies are on hiatus or retired or absent...
If you assume a lady has retired, just because her last review is "old," you might miss out on a provider who is available.
