I don't know her as well as I'd like but she's the real thing.  GFE is an over-used term but it applies to Parker.  Great looking, great attitude.  No games.  Smart and cautious too.  Glad my heart held out.  Wasn't sure there for a time or too.

What is all this with College Degree these days. College Degree doesn't change a person's attitude. I have known a lot of people with multiple Degrees and can't even get in and out the rain, no common sense.

I start to wonder about the person when he/she states they have college degree, be humble, polite, be civil and treat others with respect. This is all it takes whether you have college degree or not. College degree's deoesn't guarantee a thing!

While I understand the basic point you are making (and agree with it on its terms), the info about a college degree is useful if someone is assessing a potential companion for a function that others will be attending; or if, like me, they enjoy stimulating conversation as part of the experience.  It does not ensure that a person will be engaging in public or private, but knowing it can help to plan what "else" might be done with the evening.
