In light of recent events, has anyone visited our friendly clubs Follies or Oasis lately.  Have enjoyed afternoon visits in the past and wondering how things are now.

...and service are good. Some dancers more attractive than others as expected but overall good with a few really hot ones. The afternoon is when I usually go. They have had to make some concessions to the municipality they are governed by but a very good time can still be had. (Almost no touching the dancer during table dances. Nearly the old 3 ft. rule. The dancers have to cover their butt when not dancing. Can't wear just a thong or bikini bottom. Dancers have to have a prop like a boa or fan while dancing.) The VIP room cost is very reasonable. Good times can be had in VIP.
Mardi Gras and Pink Pony are having or have had the same issues as the governing entities and or circumstances change they have to defend their right to exist.

I haven't been to Follies in close to 10 years. I do recall some discussions here about them in the last few years. You could probably do a search to find those.

However I've been enjoying the hobby too. Lots of great independents in Atlanta.

Pick the right gal, and VIP can be verrrrry fun

I like strip clubs in general but I've never been to Follies and gave up on Oasis.

The one time I started to go to Follies they wanted to pat me down at the door. I declined and left. I will ALWAYS decline to be searched even cursorily, any time I can.  

Oasis - man, where to begin. It seems everyone except me loves it. I can usually only go on weekends and by the time I get there, it's standing room only. More than once I've paid my door fee, walked in, looked around, and turned and left again so I just quit. Plus I really don't like the atmosphere. It's like a giant barn or aircraft hangar, it's too big and open and the light is way too bright for the setting. The music is muffled but given the big open area the only way it could be heard over all the voices would be to make it painfully loud.  There are some nice girls there, and yes the lap dances are often (but far from always) a bit more "interactive" than some other places but that's really a matter of knowing what you want and who to see at the others.  But on the other hand, the girls mill around so much it's hard to become a "regular" of any of them.

It just doesn't suit me and I mostly gave up on it.  If you like it, great.

...the door to open for the day. I'm gone in 3 to 4 hours. I haven't gone to a strip club at night in years. The things you just sited are the reason why though the week nights aren't as bad as the weekend.

I just really can't do that due to my schedule. I like nights, but I go to others. There are a lot in Atlanta, easily found. It's a fun and not too expensive project to try them all out a little bit and see what you like.
