I would not have the balls to ask a provider to go jump in the shower.  I would probably just pretend I didn't want to be down there anyway... yeah, I'm lame.

Since the expression YMMV is often used here, it might be good to have a discussion about the key things that go into making the "mileage" vary positively or negatively.

I'll start with a couple:

1.  Good hygiene by both parties - nothing kills the mood more reliably for me than "detecting a scent" if you know what I mean; and in turn I do not believe I have ever shown up with sweaty balls/bad breath, unless I asked to immediately shower upon arrival

2.  I think most ladies appreciate the "lawn" to be mowed and have heard that "grass doesn't grow on busy playgrounds" if you know what I mean

3.  A selection of condoms available including magnums is helpful if you know what I mean

Guys and gals, your thoughts?

By the numbers (yours)

#1,,I'll wager it's a bigger problem that the guy shows up with something amiss (bad breath,, just coming from the workday so not as fresh as should be ,, long hot car ride to the provider) rather than the provider who if she is a reputable one is doing nothing BUT getting "freshened" right up to the appt time

#2,,Ties into #1 somewhat. Again, in that the provider is doing this as a profession more likely than not she is making sure everything is trimmed and neat as opposed to us neanderthal guys who for the most part 24/7/365 don't have to impress anyone,, AND,,if the guy is married and/ or otherwise engaged in a relationship if he starts trimming for no apparant reason it may lead to questions from the "significant" other

#3,, Not being one of the lucky men that was endowed by my creator, it's never been an issue

Respecting the clock

Ability to just laugh and have fun

Personality alignment

Respect directly stated or implied boundaries without being abrasive in the establishment

Time of day and other outside stress factors

One of the reasons I have ceased a benefit of the doubt score of 7.   If lady or agency really tries but connections fail for whatever reason lady review should not be hammered and guy should not get bad rep, it is simply a disconnect.  Explain in detail your experience so others can make informed choice but be fair to recognize you contribution to the ymmv factor

Some reasons your "mileage" would vary with me are (in no particular order):

1.  Chemistry
2.  Hygiene and Grooming
3.  Attitude

Good or bad of any of these can make the session go one way or the other!

I agree with GennaDimera here.  If you are not squeaky clean you ruin the possibility for chemistry.  On the other hand a good sense of humor goes a looooong way.  I Know from personal experience that the only way I could get the great looking girls to even notice I existed was with a keen sense of humor.  Add to that great DATY skills as a grownup  LOL

I would say that the connection or chemistry between 2 people is going to be the biggest determiner in YMMV. I can move past some things like looks, hygiene even some forms of performance if there is a connection there.

A good example is a while back I went to see a really lovely young provider at one of the agencies. We hit it off great from the start and were having a very good time. As I was about to daty I noticed that the lady was not as fresh as I would have liked. I stopped and gently asked if she would mind freshening up a  bit. She was embarrassed but jumped in the shower, invited me in and when she came back we started again. The rest of the session was wonderful. She apologized afterwards but I told her that as long as she was mature enough for me to ask and have her reply without drama it was all good.

No one is perfect. As long as a woman is mature enough to communicate, laugh and care enough to really try to have a good time, I can over look lots of imperfection. I know they do with me all the time.

I would not have the balls to ask a provider to go jump in the shower.  I would probably just pretend I didn't want to be down there anyway... yeah, I'm lame.
