Im thinking of visiting the Atlanta area Dec 15-19th. I've lived there before so Im pretty familiar with the city, but I'm not sure where the best place to stay is that has a decent level of discretion and people wont noticed if I have a coupe of friends visit with me every day. I know downtown is the area generally people tend to stay away from and Buckhead is where people flock to, but where is a good location for hobbiest as well?

The perimeter center is a very good location.

Do you guys know of any nice locations closer to the fairburn area? I'm not sure what Atlanta's airport is like
