What's the TOP 3 things you tend to notice? Mine would have to be:

-lips, as I love to kiss!
-personality--let's NOT make this feel like a transaction! YUCK!
-his approach--that first impression is a MFer!!

2. The smile, or lack of a smile.  
3. Her body language.

1. Demeanor/attitude - when I arrive and a lady is business-like, withdrawn, distant or doesn't make me feel like I'm welcome, it's a huge turn off.

2. Attire; especially heels - I love it when a lady puts the effort into wearing something sexy for me. For some reason I always appreciate and remember a lady who meets me at the door wearing heels.  

3. Make up - I personally am not into ladies who wear tons of make up so that really stands out to me. Don't get me wrong, I love a little bit of make up but when I see it caked on everywhere, it's kind of a turn off.

1) Scent.  I really love a guy that smells good.  My senses are always on overdrive, and this is a huge turn on for me.

2) Demeanor, of course.  I love it when a guy is a little nervous, because it gives me the chance to charm the pants right off him and put him at ease in the best kind of way.

3) Hands.  Is this weird?  I like to be grabbed, I mean REALLY grabbed, so a guy with big, masculine hands gives me that tingle.  I always notice it right away.

`1) I am really turned on to a man who is self-confident.  That does not necessarily mean assertive and he even may be a little  hesitant which I really like.  I am talking about a man who puts off a vibration that he is comfortable with who he is and at ease with himself which to me never has anything to do with his occupation/profession or socio-economics.  A man who can look me straight in the eye without shrinking is what I am talking about even if he is a little shy (which is very cute and heartwarming) .  A man who can talk directly and openly with me, a witty man is well on his way to really stirring my interest (and other parts). A man who irregardless of education or degree presents himself intelligently and is thoughtful in speech and manner because the BRAIN IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SEX ORGAN>

2) Hygiene is important but I am fully understanding of those who go out of their way to spend time with me after a hard day and that is what we have showers for.    

3) Lips and strong hands as mentioned here previously are a real turn-on because I also love to be kissed, touched and held with confidence and some strength (guess I am a little submissive).

Eyes:
Does she look me in the eye during introductions or greeting? Yes/No, and duration of eye contact speaks of confidence.  
Are her eyes clear and bright (sober, happy, confident)? or dull, bloodshot, foggy (disoriented by drugs or bad mood or lacks confidence)?

I've walked away from what I perceived to be to be over priced 'crack hos' though one had eyes that spoke more of a sedative issue (Valium/Xanax and/or alcohol) and another had the bloodshot eyes of a pothead.

Smile:  
Does she smile?  
Does her smile appear sincere?  
Do her teeth look clean and relatively cavity free when she smiles?  

A woman who does not smile appears to lack confidence, bad teeth indicate poor overall hygiene and thus my suspicions are aroused more than my libido. And of course, there's the Meth Mouth look, though Mountain Dew (or almost any other sugary, carbonated drinks habit with poor oral hygiene) looks the same, And to answer the next question in your head - Crooked teeth on a provider do not bother me. Lots of us had poor parents who could not afford braces and then we chose as adults not to get them then either.

Overall face:  
Does she wears a little make-up? A lot?  
I tend to only see ladies who wear minimal make-up and reasonably good skin. Again, a confidence thing.  

I understand we all have a few acne scars, freckles (or other normal facial blemishes), but a woman who is comfortable in her own skin is sexy.

I've always had a thing for black stockings and black heels.

1.. first and foremost is good energy. Being somewhat of an Empath I thrive on good energy. I can tell if we will have a great time just by a person's energy. Makes all the better for a fabulous romp in the bedroom Having a phone conversation before we meet is the way to go!
2.. a beautiful clean smile! I Love to kiss and kiss and kiss! Releases the passion in both of us if we can kiss good together I believe it takes TWO to make a fabulous kiss.

I agree with my esteemed colleagues irishjap and ga_kosh (except for the heels - sorry, I'm a bare foot lover).

Let me reengineer the question, however.  Here's the three step process to win my heart (and mind, and everything due south of there, lol).  When we meet...

1) Flash me a pretty, white smile and give me a knowing "moment" of eye contact that tells me you are excited to see me
2) come in for the embrace (don't be shy) and kiss me deeply to show that you are confident in your ability to please me.  Know how to kiss well.  Make it your life's ambition.  Seriously.
3) and finally, lean in close so I may smell your clean, natural, feminine scent while you whisper something naughty in my ear.

That combo is devastating.  Pretty smile, confident dfk, and then whisper sweet nothings in my ear and you've just set the table for one very satisfied gent.

It is a fantasy encounter.Just want to have some fun. Cheers
