If anything good came from this pandemic was that people are paying better attention to hygene and increased mask wearing will not only help stop spread of Corona but also the flu and common cold. It is sad that the world has come to this, and that we have become a bit more paranoid. I have hope that as the vaccine continues to get tested and distiributed better versions will come from it and we can enjoy things the way they used to be
Will my community get vaccinated when it becomes available to us? I will. Although I don't come in contact as many as people working in large corps, my job is considered high risk. I have always taken the flu vaccine, without any incident. I'm very pro vaccine and I trust science over wackadoodle conspiracy theorists. I'm looking forward to getting the Covid vaccine. I've hardly left my home this year and I wish to travel next year. How about you?
As a purely voluntary measure, I would like to see state governments offer a picture ID, indicating when and what type of covid-19 vaccinations the individual took. It'll give new meaning to "You show me yours, and I'll show you mine."

Nobody knows how long immunity will last, because the vaccines have only been used for a limited time by volunteers in clinical trials. Both Pfizer and Moderna started their trials on July 27, so we have at most four months worth of data.
I'm going to pass on the vaccine. As of November 20th the cdc posted these survival rates Age 0-19 … 99.997% Age 20-49 … 99.98% Age 50-69 … 99.5% Age 70+ … 94.6%
Lastly, look this up pfizer chairman: we're not sure if someone can transmit virus after vaccination
Overall, we have a pretty high chance of surviving this thing. Just my two cents based on the data I am seeing.
So I guess the flip side to the pfizer chairman's comment would be, "I AM sure that someone who doesn't get the vaccine can transmit the virus."
I'm not going to shame anyone either way, it's your body; you do you.
But if the vaccine makes it impossible, or even less likely, aren't you helping out the community by opting in? Are you not interested because you don't believe in vaccines in general?

I see the argument that some make about its high survival rate. However, I think it is more than just that ... some survivors are showing some peculiar and long lasting damages on other parts of the body other than the lungs! And, for many, the lungs of course are severely damaged even if you survive, unlike the flu. In brief, I will take the vaccine.
Vaccine has microchips in it to track you. Also has a nano machine that m,akes its way into your brain to control your thoughts. Thats what somebody said. lol
