100% sure those are the pictures of the girl that worked at ER.  Not sure if someone else is using her pictures.

I had one visit with the ER girl several years ago so these are old pictures.

She worked with us before.  the pictures in her ad are our pictures which were taken about 5 years ago.  She did not work with ER long at all, seemed nice, but did not work out.
