So as I've gotten older, I went from being able to orgasm 100% of the time. to 90% of the time, to now... about 10% of the time... or less. It's made engaging in the hobby a waste of time for me as I end up more frustrated than I was before I met the provider. Not her fault, of course, it's just tough to spend the money and still leave without any kind of release.

I'm getting older (59) and have a tendency to drink bourbon which I have heard might also contribute to this. When I drank primarily red wine, I noticed this less than I do now, but I was also younger then as well.

So, am I alone in this? If you experience this as well, how do you deal with it? Has anyone discovered anything that can help? I already do testosterone replacement and HCG, and that hasn't done much except make me more horny... and still unable to orgasm.

Anyone else?

I'm 53 and am experiencing a drop off. Sometimes it's a sure thing and sometimes it just comes and goes with no predictability. Super frustrating and not at all my partner's fault.

I'm 69. I do take Viagra. There are times when I do not orgasm. But I do orgasm more often than not either during intercourse or bbj cim. I don't drink much, about a beer or two a week. Occasionally I have a mixed drink . I don't masterbate, at my age it's too much work. Though on the occasions I don't orgasm I can cum by masterbation watching porn.

I work out at a gym at least 3 days a week.

It's never the ladies fault when I don't orgasm. I make sure to let them know it occasionally happens and not to feel that they are in any way responsible.

Yup Definitely getting harder (pun intended).

Reading up on causes of delayed orgasm & anorgasmia (inability to cum) - aside from an injury (head, spinal chord, balls) - apparently it can fall into a few buckets

(1) physiological reasons - obesity, diabetes, lack of fitness, age
(2) hormone imbalance - testosterone, prolactin (hormone that comes from breasts)
(3) psychological reasons - guilt, trauma
(4) desensitizisation - build up a tolerance over time - masturbation, porn, hobby, alcohol

So apparently if you’re an old, obese, alcoholic twat that has become desensitized over a steady diet of increasingly more extreme porn and banging hookers over many years, that feels a bit guilty about all of that…and who has man-boobs ———- it apparently gets harder and harder to cum.

😄👍

I'm 62 and recently noticed that at times I have to really concentrate to cum.  But that isn't too often. Also noticed a reduction in the amount of cum.
I've used OTC "male enhancement" products and the good ones are effective as hell.  For several days and multiple orgasms.

That said.  Between ladies, escorts and my hand I try to cum at least once a day.  More if possible.  There are multiple reports and studies that recommend all men ejaculate 15+ per month for best prostate health.
Sometimes the facts work for us. "C'mon baby, I know it's late and you're not into it right now...but it's for my health!"

Thanks Ginger, all good suggestions. I don't drink before visiting a provider and already take Cialis, but what is Softgasm?

I've heard Semenax and Extenze might be options. Can you share which OTC are you referring to? I am open to trying about anything at this point. Thanks

As a recently minted 69 year old man I’ve been dealing with this for a number of years now
But I haven’t let it deter me
IF “it” isn’t happening for me on a given session I just take pleasure in being in the company of a sensual sexy woman. The touching. The  kissing. Pleasing her

Sometime later (later that day,,, the next day,,, the next week) using those images/ memories help spur me on to my own satisfaction once my equipment decides “Hey. Todays the day”

I use the one called Royal Honey or Pi available at most adult shops and head shops.  But several work.  I typically ask for best seller and try it.

That is a great attitude to have and I do this as well, but when it first started happening on a regular basis, it was tough to accept. I try to take heart in that at least it felt great and I was with a beautiful woman, but leaving still needing a release is going to take me a while to get used to.

I've known Ginger for years, and can vouch for her knowledge and skills - she helped me celebrate my 80th last summer.

I've failed to finish only a few times, and it's been my fault.  A now-retired provider told me that "girl talk" had confirmed that it is almost always because the guy tries to control release beyond the natural point, and then can't get back there.  Or, there is some distraction that just overcomes it.

I don't have a problem getting it up, but sometimes it goes to semi mode after an extended period of full.  Have experienced several Os in that state.  Have even had two "softgasms."  As best I recall, they were as intense as the fully erect ones.

I do feel blessed to still be active at my age.  Can't help but recall Groucho Marx response when a reporter asked him about his 20-something girl friends:  "You ever tried to f**k a girl with a piece of rope?)

Prolactin is produced in the anterior pituitary (in the brain) not the breasts, elevated levels will effect erections (ED) and can cause lactation from the breasts. If levels are elevated you should be screened for a pituitary adenoma.

I believe both those products contain yohimbine HCL which is great for harder erections and sensitivity, although can cause negative adverse effects (heart) if you have high  blood pressure or an irregular rhythm.

Definitely more intense particularly when you're hard. Your reviews are amazing BTW.

Testosterone replacement therapy makes a huge difference, keep in mind this is replacement therapy not a steroid cycle

I actually do TRT with HCG and it definitely helped at first, but the help didn't last long. Now I find I'm super horny but still can't orgasm which is why I wrote this post. Sometimes it feels like I'm torturing myself but I keep doing it because it's made me feel so much better.

I found that taking LEGAL THC a couple of hours beforehand did restore my ability to orgasm for a couple of days. It made a BIG difference in my excitement level and ability to orgasm, however, it comes with a HUGE warning label.

The last time I bought legal Delta 9 gummies, I got 30 mg's of THC and it was too much. It wound up taking over my heart and sending me to the ER for the night.

Be aware that ingesting gummies are MUCH more potent than smoking weed and it WILL increase your heart rate and blood pressure, sometimes to an unsafe level as I discovered the hard way. Next time, I will take a much, much smaller amount and try to find indica instead of sativa which really isn't pleasurable at all, but does help me achieve orgasm. Hoping Indica will provide all the benefits with none of the downsides because THC does help with orgasm, at least for me.

Try Yohimbine HCL or you could try adding kisspeptin peptide to your TRT/HCG protocol. Cabergoline is another drug that might help if your TRT provider prescribes it, the dose is .5mg/2x week

I’m well past 70 and I still cum every time. Just sometimes it’s several days later, I just forget to. What was the question?

Make sure you get alpha-yohimbine, it has less side effects than yohimbine hcl or any other variation. MTS brand is good.
