Ladies, how do you remember a client after a visit if he's not a regular and there is some time before visits with you?  Is there a little black book you keep to look back on?

As to the many in the middle? She probably keeps your last email and drops it into a yes/no folder (or some variation of that). Some do only rely on their memories and there are also ladies who don't get much repeat business and don't bother keeping track.
