Visiting ATL and have been trying to connect with Jenna from the HushAgency.  No answer and no call back for the last two days.  Are they on vacation or something?

The Gold Club and Sophisticated Escorts. They have MUCH better customer service and BETTER models.

Yes, I had a miss with JFL.  I filled out their online appointment form and received a very short and terse email response asking if I were new.  I likewise replied by email and never got any type of response.  A few days later I emailed again and have never received a response.  I could have made a phone call and pursued it further, but at this point I figure if that is the level of their customer relations, I can take my business elsewhere.

PSS - How do clients know if Jenna is on vacation if that info is possibly not on Bella's site ?

Actually , that info is not on Bella's site. If you click the 'schedule' link it says that part of the website is 'down for maintenance' right now. That's even more of a reason to be able to contact someone to ask for a model's availability. Whether Bella is on vacation or not , who is manning the phones ?

I'm so sorry you have had a hard time connecting with me regarding Jenna! I actually am on vacation however, I have still been answering my phone and have been booking. I do stop answering the phone when I have no model availability or after 9 pm. Jenna is actually on vacation and will return next week. Again, I'm sorry you've had trouble connecting with me.

The agencies aren't health-care facilities and you can't blame a girl for being cautious -- especially over e-mail. Just keep trying, or reply with links to your verifiable references & reviews. And while I've never been to JFL I can honestly say they have some remarkable young talent over there, looks-wise. Brinkley? OMG, fuggeddaboutit. So hot.

The exact same thing happened to my cousin who was traveling to Atlanta on a business trip from up North. He told me they gave him the same run-around. He was gonna book a three hour appointment , but after the crap they gave him he just gave up. He told me they were more interested in wanting to know if he could see a model right now. That totally defeats the purpose of having an appointment form on their website. I agreed with him and referred him to a more reliable indy instead.

It sounds like they need to get more models or change their models times of availability. Did it mention anywhere on the website that Jenna was unavailable ? If not , then that's just poor logistics and communication on Hush's part. That's sad if they don't know their own model's availability or when the models are on vacation or not. Sorry for your poor experience.

Thanks for the input.  For the record let me say that I am not a newcomer to this business.  I have posted over 20 reviews, have seen agency and independent girls (just none at jfl), and know my way around.  (And while I violated my own rules by using an alias on this posting, I did provide jfl with my ter handle with access to my reviews and any other information that may be available.  And I would have gladly given any other information to jfl if such had been requested, but nothing was asked.)  I understand caution and safety on the agency's part, just as I exercise caution and safety on my part.  I am merely referring to basic good business practices, and even a little courtesy.  Everyone can always do a little better, even myself, and based on my limited experience with jfl they can do a little better too.  I am sure there are many good and bad experiences related to jfl (as well as other agencies); I am merely relating my own.

There's no excuse for being 'terse' in an email reply back to a client. That is still poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude. Being cautious is one thing , but a complete lack of professionalism is prevalent.

You never asked for anything.  The online appointment form doesn't ask for references.  I would gladly give you any information you ask, if you only ask.  I'm not going to get into a pissing match over this.  We can all do better. You can do better.  Being defensive is not doing better.

It has been my experience that filling out a website form is a waste of time.  Calling and speaking with someone has always worked.  One time I filled out a form, waited a reasonable amount of time with no response, called, and was told that if I really wanted to make an appointment in the future that I should call.

This has been true with independents as well as agencies.  I am still waiting to hear from one independent I tried to contact via email--the preferred method of contact according to her website.  I don't want to irritate her, so I haven't called.  I will follow up with one more email, but no more.

My simple point is, I think calling is the best method and is my default mode of contact.  I also prefer it because there is no electronic record of your information floating out on the internet.

My personal experience with Hush (3 or 4 contacts over 3 or 4 years?) has been very good--and it was all by phone.

I agree with everything you have said but when calling is the only or last resort to contact the agency and there's no one there to take your call OR to return your call in a timely fashion , it's time to move on to another more reliable agency or independent.

I tried once and was few minutes late for the appointment called to let them know and they went off on me. I told them, cancel the appointment and went on to see someone else.  She threatened me to put me on the DNS list and I told her to go right ahead. I have been hobbling little over 10 years, and plenty of providers and agency folks know me so it didn’t matter to me at all

The worst thing any hobbyists can do is to let an agency or a providers feel you are desperate. Not in this city there plenty of pretty pussies available.

What does number of reviews has got anything to do with anything. My reasons are:

1) I don’t have time.
2) I like to keep my privacy and consider it valuable
3) I do not gig my handle to make an appointment
4) I seldom use PM to make an appointment
5) those I have seen know me well

When everything else fails people bring up # of reviews.

Why don’t you start giving free dates to top ten reviewers?

She and her sister have been doing that for years, that and deep discounts to heavy reviewers. That is how they built their respective businesses in the beginning.

I've used both agencies many times.  Is it perfect every time?  No...  But then again, they are both quick to answer my questions even when I do not schedule.  Also, both agencies have gone above and beyond in helping me fill the little bit of hobby time I have.  I can be a pain in the ass with my indecisions.  Neither has beaten me up too much over that fact :)

Every one has a different experience.  Email has always worked for me, but calling has often been better.

Good luck.

I have never had a problem scheduling with JFL, you should call instead of trying to contact Jas via the online form. Just sayin
