I have seen people post about rimming and they enjoy it and etc... however, myself never did rimming to someone or they did to me. I kinda have a stigma about doing or getting rimming. Well my question is how did you go around the stigma or do you still have that thought process about rimmin?

I think the stigma comes from two things - both can be worked around (although admittedly one issue is much easier to solve).

Physical cleanliness - excellent hygiene is key obviously.  Make sure the receiver is freshly showered, maybe even invite the other party into the shower with you if they are open to that.  That way you can get all the hard to reach places squeaky clean.  Which really benefits both parties.  That takes care of the physical part.

Mental cleanliness - we have certain taboos that things are "dirty".  Even if you've taken care of the physical cleanliness part - there may still be a stigma that "nice" folks don't do those sorts of things.  Well, welcome to the world of sex.  Some of us really like doing the "dirty" things - it adds to the excitement.  LOL.  And like many things sexual - some may love it, some may hate it and some may like it only on Saturday night after a few beers - who knows?  But you definitely don't know until you try it.  Find a cool, patient, understanding partner, give it a shot and see what happens.  It may not be your thing, or it may.  Either way it goes is fine.  No one is forcing your nose to the grindstone.  Or hindstone.  Or hindhole.   LOL

If you know that it's just stigma that's holding you back, just choose a lady who you feel comfortable with who you know enjoys it, let her know you're interested but nervous, and just try to relax and try it.  If you're more comfortable with either giving or receiving, try that part first.  You can also take a nice sudsy bath together beforehand to relax, use your fingers to gently touch each other down there... This both activates your sensitive and pleasurable anal nerves and creates mutual piece of mind around cleanliness.

I don't know if I ever had stigma around rimming.  I'm sure at some point as a teenager I might have thought the idea was gross, but I became interested in the erotic potential of playing with assholes in my late teens, so any mental blocks I may have had didn't last for long.

If you wanna try it but know stigma is holding you back, try my suggestions.  If you don't want to try it, no need to force yourself!  Not everyone is into everything and that's totally ok.

I agree with you there.  I do like giving (dato) to a lady that enjoys receiving (and has no hang ups about it obviously).  I think that it can be very hot.  As far as receiving - it's nice and I wouldn't turn it down if offered, I just suppose there are other things a lady can do with her mouth that I like just as much (rhymes with dddk ...).

Yes, it would kill any leftover germs but it would also dry the skin out.  And drying out your mucous membranes would not be a good thing.  That cool feeling is the evaporative effect of the alcohol leaving the skin. Plus it sounds a tad clinical/OCD to me.

I think just a really good soapy bath or shower would do the trick.
