I have to say I am proud of myself on my new found self.. I have lost over 60 pounds and kept it off for over a year, changed my eating and living habits and found a new respect for myself. In saying this I have talked to many friends about my new outlook on life and have gotten many positive responses for my efforts.. I am so excited to be a form of motivation for people in a positive situation. WIth this said i was talking to someone on fb and they asked if they could be honest with me . me being me i say yeah.. so he goes on to say before i lost weight when i did the 69 he thought he would smother.. omg.. why didnt someone tell me ... I just wonder why someone would go back and see someone if it was all like that.. anyway i dont have the smother cover no more lol maybe that is a good thing. maybe not idk.. but guys im from alabama if my fat is smothering you, if my makeup looks like a clown, if my tanlines are uneven, if my ass, breath or pussy stink.. please tell me.. I have found that there are not alot of people that get up and run 5 miles every day much less just get up and do an hour of cardio to maintain what you already got going on.. Makes my life much better to be in control of something, and i think in the end all those that love me will be the winners as i will now live forever lol
I had an aunt that passed due to strange circumstances and became a Grandmother in less than 3 months time.. total wake up call.. shape up or ship out.. what kind of role model was i and my aunt was only 15 years older than me..
