I do have a some questions in regards to the location.
I am a stickler for the background of a photo  and what it looks like
Im curious if that matters to you.
I also love black and white photos. Do you gentlemen like those?
Since my first set of photos were in my birthday suit, I thought I would do something different.
What would you like to see me dressed in?
These are sincere questions and any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

1.  Business attire (skirt, high heels, lingerie)
2.  Sun dress (you look like a California girl.  You would really look hot.

I think you would also rock a business skirt, open blouse with lacy bra, string of pearls, and nearly business appropriate heels, too.  

Find someone who can also do BW treatment but bring in a hint of color, either specific places ( hair, lips, nipples) or globally just to give a little more interest than BW. Background is important in that it should not be busy and definitely highlight you. Simple, out of focus backgrounds work best. And, yes, topless in tight jeans and heels would look fabulous..
