I agree with the previous poster.  Also you said that you wanted to help a great provider out, so that was an important detail.  I think you definitely need to respect her wishes.  Is she is ok with letting folks know there are specialty items on her menu that otherwise we don't know about?

Remember there is implicit consent here - that if she does something with you she is generally open to doing that thing with everyone.  You have to know if that is the case or not.  And more importantly will sharing that info benefit her business model?

And I have had a couple providers ask me to include details which I had left out for precisely the reasons the OP listed.  They understand that the lurkers sometimes are looking for the less obvious information.  One mans kink is another mans Monday.

If I am going to add in some of those details though, I typically mention it to the provider to ensure it's something she wants out there and not something she is doing to endulge me.

Other than that, "the truth shall set you free"...which is total bullshit, but fits well in this moment.
