Just got back from a trip to NYC, LA, Las V, and South Beach. Yes now is the time to buy Real Estate.
I have learned that we have the most beautiful ladies, the best agencies, and the most reasonable allotment in the entire country. Thank you Atlanta ladies!!!!  Speaking for the Atlanta boys....

I travel fairly often to so I will absolutely agree with your assessment on the Atlanta scene.  I can honestly say I have not really had a bad experience with our Atlanta ladies.  

I am in sales so my play money is based on performance.  I am having a good year end so I plan on spending some $$$ on some rear end between Christmas and New Years.  Sort of a year end flesh binge!!!

Too much work and no play makes goodgolfer a ...you know the rest.
