Never heard of them.

My view of "fringe agency" is this: all agencies have to begin *somewhere*, so if the fringe agency is *new*, that could be the explanation - if it's been around awhile, it's probably a situation in which someone said "I can make a ton of money", launched an agency, and has found it's harder than they thought... and it's really just become a B&S website fronting for high-turnover BP girls.

Me, I have no risk-tolerance when it comes to "the hobby", so I stick the known quantities and brand names, but I'm sure there are some hidden gems out there waiting for prospectors.

That said, I give it a 99% likelihood that fringe agencies are "fringe" for a reason.
