I miss the old days before TER was shut down for a while.  Back then you could browse the ad sites and if you saw someone that caught your interest you could check here for reviews and chances were okay that you'd find something.  That would tell us 1) If they were real/legit (important) and 2) If they were good or if there were any issues to be careful of or stay away from.  Now it's rare to find reviews on most of the girls posting ads, I assume because a lot never returned to TER and aren't posting reviews anymore.  

The world never goes backwards, it  always evolves forward.  Some times we like the change and some times we don't, but things never go back to the way they were.  If they did I would not have to take my shoes off at the airport  

I recall the pre-internet days, when all we had were picture-less classifieds in alternative newspapers and magazines.  All we had were phone numbers, and no way of feeding back. I wouldn't want to go back to those hit-or-miss days.

I remember the classifieds on the stat page, sports section AJC.  Talk about
a leap of faith.

How many of us remember "Creative Loafing" and those adult sections and/or mags that had ads for services?  Definitely pre-internet days. Now that was definitely taking a "leap of faith".   I believe we will continue to evolve to the new normal which is still being created.  There is not much confidence in ads and reviews these days and it seems like a lot of ladies have spread out into other sources to advertise their services.  If I recall,  this wasn't always the kindest place for ladies.  The boards and reviews sometimes were very cruel, thus causing a rift and contention at times.  I always found the back channels (i.e. discussions with like minded hobbyist via pm and offline to provide realistic and more accurate info).   I find that to still be the case.  I do miss the M&G's.  That was the absolute best way to see for yourself as well as obtain good info.

I remember having to drive around in a car that actually used a petroleum by-product called gasoline that powered the engine. Up & down Stewart Avenue, Juniper Street, Peachtree Street and Gary's Motel looking for "women of the night".
Now, I just fire up the i-pad, pick my flavor and hop in the Tesla and go for a visit.
As for reviews, most are bullshit anyway as they tend to focus not so much on the ladies but how the reviewer has to carry his wee-wee around in a wheelbarrow and the provider "just couldn't get enough of him"........
Uh yea. Sure Mike, sure.

Things will never be the way they used to be. I miss the old days, but there's no going home again.
