GA Penalty if Busted

So with the news of the busts in Gwinnett, what is the penalty in GA for a John caught? I heard GA has the toughest laws out there.

It's a misdemeanor, but...

It's a record and it follows you in this day of background check for anything from jobs to coaching soccer.  Best to stay to reviewed ladies and out of Gwinnett.

New GA Law

If it is your first offense, it is not disclosed to employers. This law passed in the 2013 legislative session. The goal is to make first time offenders eligible for work. Applies to misdemeanors only not criminal offense.
