Need a guide to navigate

Hey folks,
Recently joined TER as a VIP member and a complete noob. Sent out a few emails to providers but no responses. I am thinking that this question has been asked a zillion times. How do you get past this catch-22 of newbies and providers needing references. I can do P411 if needed but looks like not many providers are newbie friendly ( not that i blame them, u can never be too sure ).

Any help is greatly appreciated !

You may want to go to the newbie  board because you are correct this question and several others are out there.

There are several newbie friendly ladies in Atlanta, typically you need to provide them lots of up front data but they will see you.

When sending your request, be upfront, tell them you are newbie and ask if they will see you, some require all your id in the first request, but I would not do that until you know they will see you.

P411 is very helpful when starting out.

You may want to start with some agencies,  JFL, HP, Sleekride/TEA ( if around) are obvious choices and will typically reference you.  I do not know if ATlanta Fantasy, Pink, SEC, or Exotic are newbie friendly but they are very responsive to questions.

When working with indies, communication can be hit or miss.  If they feel you are fishing, you likely will get no response.  Be crisp on your request and status and you will have better success.  Also, give yourself plenty of time to get qualified.  Same day appts without p411 probably are not going to happen until you build up your network.

Good luck, the hobby can be fun but it can be a challenge to break into

There is a lot of girls out there who will take newbies. It's all about how you communicate with them. Try not being too serious or ask too many "stupid" question. We tend to have a high paranoia level 😂😎
Wish you the best luck!
