It indeed adds another dimension. I am not aware of any current provider offerings in ATL but I can give recommendations in Dallas and Cleveland. Just stick to highly regarded ladies to avoid scammers that may get you involved in sticky situations.
I trust ones with multiple TER references or P-411 listings. Of the 4 known married providers I have seen over the years I didn’t know they were married prior to meeting them and none were sharing their activities with their spouse.

None of the married providers I have seen have kids, that I know of. At one point one was complaining that she wanted a kid but her husband wasn’t cooperating ; as a gentleman I offered to help by suppling necessary ingredients, she was amused but declined.
Have seen plenty of unmarried/divorced mom’s and some have become long term friends. Once comfortable; most love talking about their kids and their achievements.
