I just want to get some feedback on what I can do to improve my business.

Don't hold back, I am open to all suggestions and reasons as to why some TER guys have such a bad view of me and judge me due to my rates.

I keep my rates reasonable and fair. I didn't think that my rates would be judged due to my bp history.

I want to expand and grow in this business, so please..feedback would totally help!

I checked out your reviews and your site. The two things that jumped out at me are 1) get better pictures on your site. Clear concise photos are very important for me. 2) The last review talks a bit about the cover bj. Most guys I know want a bbbj and preferably with cim. I know it is your choice and I respect that, but you asked for feed back.
Also, many men in this hobby are turned off by tattoos. I don't mind them and find some very attractive although I think most people regret them as they age.
Lastly, do yourself a favor and get off BP. At your rate and with BP's rep, it just doesn't look good. Try cityvibe or eros.

I don't think your rates are the issue.  Actually, in this economy, your rates are probably attractive to a lot of people right now.  There does seem to be a discrepancy in the services offered compared to what's stated in the reviews.  It looks like you used to offer bbbj but have now switched to cbj.  That is of course your choice, but if cbj is what you are offering, you probably need to get that changed on your review page.  I know BP has a reputation, but I say advertise anywhere you think will get you business.  If BP gets you business, then continue to advertise on there.  True gents will weed out the skanky looking women and focus on the good looking women, especially if they have reviews, which helps you.  As Willy stated, your pictures are a bit fuzzy and could be better.  If you already have a regular photographer, great.  If you think you might need a new one, I can help with that.  I will PM you a link.

If you don't already, try to attend some of the Meet and Greets that happen occasionally.  It is a great way to meet new gents in a casual setting.  Other than that, if business is slow, it is probably due to the holiday season.

Tattoos are a hit or miss with hobbyist.   Therefore, you have limited your clientele to guys who either like tattoos or are not turned off by them.   Since tattoo removal is probably not an option I would suggest that you watch some quality porn and get some feedback from your clients on how to increase your performance ratings to an 8 or 9.  Providing a BBBJ with CIM and anal would be a good start.  I would also suggest getting some 'glamor shots' done for your ads.  While you are very attractive, your pictures come across as a little 'unpolished'.   Chemistry with your customers will go a long way to establishing repeat business so seduce guys into WANTING to come back for more!  Good luck!

So, I usually stay away from this sort of thread because they tend to go downhill fast... LOL  but decided to check a few things out.  I see that for the last year, every single review stated clearly that the rates were good, and they would repeat, except for one who said no chemistry but otherwise didn't say anything derogatory.  It would appear from the reviews that you don't have the issue that you may think as it relates to rates.

Therefore, it would seem from your question that you have somehow gotten some feedback (or assume) that because you may post on BP or choose to stay away from the excessive rates flaunted about on this board from time to time that somehow that's an issue.  IMO, not true but I've been active around here long enough to know that there is a certain "click" who take great pleasure in chastizing any guy who squaks about high rates, or any girl who doesn't charge many hundreds.  I just ignore them and I suggest that you should too.  Unless of course being part of that crowd is your goal.  Most of the time, the guys are actually more than happy to book with girls who have the lower rates.  Don't believe it, just take a little time to see who shills for the higher rates and then go look at their review history.. LOL... you'll see...  And oh, BTW, just because a rate is advertised doesn't always mean that's what is actually being paid...  So, take it with a grain of sand.

Focus instead on just plain old common sense.  Imagine you are the one paying and you want a really satisfying experience.  And, when your session is over, you want to go away being happy and not feeling that you just wasted your money... I really don't know about the services you provide because there seems to be some question about that, but I would suggest that most guys would view bbbj, multies in an hour, some level of kissing, reasonable surroundings at an incall, cleanliness, and some level of GFE affection to be mandatory.  Accomplish those things, and you'll do well.  BTW, holiday season is always slow and the economy we are in only makes it more difficult.

Don't stress on the rates, your rates are great. As others have said, there is a group of folks on here that universally damn BP and only advocate providers that spend $$$ or more on a session. This is proppped up by the providers themselves posting on the forum,p many times using aliases - self serving, keep the momentum going and keep the rates high.

You have to realize, these guys are not and possibly will not be your clients ever, so don't sound any time trying to win them over.

The advice that was given before is absolutely stellar.

Photos - frankly, some of your photos on BP are awful. I like seeing candid photos, it reassures me that the girls are real and not just photos off the Internet somewhere. However, some of your photos are blurry, the poses are bad, the background is messy. Have a look at some of the other girls on BP or even on the themed photos days on this board and get some nice clear photos, with classy and sexy poses, with nice backgrounds. Don't rely on a camera phone - if you don't have a proper camera, either buy a cheap one - you can get a decent 6 MP camera now for $50 - or alternatively , ask one of your regulars to photo you. I asure guys would line up for that. Wear some nice clothes, get some various camera angles. Make sure the lighting is good. I have photographed a number of providers and it's amazing what a difference it makes to have good shots.

Service - starts and ends here. I have never seen you but I do recall last year that your reviews on this board and others were excellent. Great energy, tried hard, mulitples, BBJ etc etc - and for a killer price. Not sure what happened, but from the other posters comments it seems that you have cut back on some of the services

Attitude - I am big on this. It doesn't matter how pretty the girl is, if she has a bad attitude, the service usually sucks. If you are trying to carve out a niche for yourself, focus on the attitude. Don't make it fake - most guys can see through that - but ask the guy what he likes, suggest things, complement the guy. For me the biggest frustration, particularly in in call hotels is when the room is messy and moreso when there isnt enough towels. Slip the maid a few bucks to get a dozen towels, make sure each guys has a fresh one, no one like to use someone else's towel in this biz. Here's advice I give every girl. When the deed is done....tell the guy to stay still, go get a warm, damp, CLEAN washcloth and you clean him up. That act alone will raise your review scores.

Above all, answer your phone, don't ever NCNS and if you do, make sure that you call the guy back and offer a repeat and maybe a discount. 1 bad review on here is set in stone and may be enough to put someone off. That is why you see some of the other providers really losing their shit on this forum when someone posts a 7 when they are used to getting 9s or 10s - reputation is everything.

There are plenty of girls in ATL that started out working out of lower in call motels for $.8 a session that have managed to build up a reputation and following and are now very exclusive in the $300 range - ALL of those that manage this, focus on these things above

1). Clean up your profile on TER,  which city are you supporting, what is your real name, what services do you really offer.
2). Get rid of those bp links.  Several of those photos feel like different women, making you feel very low level
3). Photos, several had said this, but too many low end ones.  Kill the flip off shots, the tramp poses, etc.  Often times ladies have too many non useful photos.  You sets from October are pretty good.  The suggestion for some glamour shots is good but not guarrenteed.  Photos that are "fun" to you and may have been a good time to take, often convey the wrong message to customers.
4). Rates are fine, but the 15 minute stuff makes you feel like a street corner blow job pro.  I would stick with hour, 90, two hour up.
5). Consistency.  Is Greek in or out.  Reviews and profile say no, website say yes for 50.  Things like that
6). Tattoos,  tough call, many guys hesitate with excessive bod art, many really like it.  Be honest about it, but perhaps downplay on your photos.  For your security you may want to airbrush away on public photos.  Many ladies have been outer in real world because of distinctive tattoos.  Make sure all know they are there but consider hiding.
7). Understand ter rules - can't get above a 9 without Greek or something unique as a potential.  Hard to get above a 7 with cbj.  Just the way things work.

Ask yourself what market you want to appeal to.  Advertise, communicate, and perform to the expectation of that client group.  Part of the consistency factor, but you can't be a back page queen and an elite courtesan, you can succeed very well in either, but it is challenging to be in both.

Finally, most women handle the sex portion fine, hard t really differentiate yourself there.  But the GREAT performers master the introduction, intermission and exit amazingly and memorable.

1. as mentioned there was a post about you being a NCNS a while back. I think a second gentlemen added that you did it to him too. That needs to be taken care of. Contact them, make it right. Don't let it happen again.
2. Your photos - actually some of the photos on your ads are better than the ones you post on the photo theme threads here. They still aren't good photos though. The phone candids are fine for certain situations but I recommend as others have that you get some good photos posted. Post better ones in the theme threads too. Good lighting, variety of clothes, various angles. The one picture of you giving the finger isn't a good idea in my opinion. Take that for what's it's worth. It isn't very professional.
3. BP- advertise where you want. Just be sure that you stand out with your photos, service, reputation, and rates. I don't think your rates are a problem if everything else is good.
4. Your reviews are good. I agree with others that you need to decide what level of service you are going to offer and stick with it. Set a menu you are comfortable with and don't deviate.
5. Tattoos- Some guys won't like them and won't see you because of them. However, I see many post that they like them or don't care either way. Don't think that would be a problem. Just know that for some guys that's a Do Not See item.
6. The economy- it sucks right now. Holidays take money from the hobby. Those are things you just have to ride out.

I've wanted to see you, still would, but here's a few things making me pause:

1) For a while, you said outcall only. That's a no-go for me, and unclear if you now have an incall. Related to this, for me a private incall is way better than a hotel. Seems more private, you're probably more comfortable there too which makes you more fun and relaxed. Realize there are many reasons not to have a private incall, but maybe you can share with another trusted lady. If you stay at a hotel, your rates should reflect in the quality of hotel. Not saying you stay at bad places; we've never met, so I don't know, but avoid dingy, motel like places.

2) Seems like your rates and specials are constantly changing. It's not that they're too high or low, but all the changes and confusing, and its bad all around if I have to ask what they are. Legal issues, makes me look or feel cheap issues...its better to just know what it is, or be clear that a special is only that day, week, etc.

3) Be timely in answering texts, PMs, email etc. Get an assistant if need be, or explicitly state email or phone only to make your life simpler. A few reasons why this is important:
 A) My availability is limited. If I don't hear back from you in a reasonable timeframe, I need to move on to another lady I want to see, while the free time I have is still open.
 B) I will contact you once or twice, but no response and I move on. Don't want to feel like a stalker, and also am not desperate. Make a guy feel this way, or unimportant and you're already starting off on the wrong foot.

flipping off the camera is so MySpace-ish. And yeah BBBJTCIM would help as has been stated.

My .02:

1. Confusion over CBJ v. BBBJ.  Advertise "GFE" but perform CBJ.  Mutually exclusive terms - one cannot provide a Girlfriend Experience and use a condom for BJs.  Does not compute, and you will likely limit half the guys on TER, UNLESS there is another primary draw such as Greek as a regular service rather than an add-on.

2. Outcall Only -  My gut feeling is that Atlanta is an Incall market.  Again, you are seriously limiting your target audience by restricting your activities to Outcall only.   That means most (if not all) of us living in Atlanta, with a girlfriend, significant other, or wife will not even look twice.  I would suspect that Outcalls are mostly used by those traveling to Atlanta or here on business.  Even many single guys would be reluctant to provide their actual home address to someone they discovered on BackPage.

Sooooo, besides the other great suggestions found earlier in this thread, I think the above two constraints severely limit the number of guys that would stop long enough to read a review, much less book an appointment.   In more concrete terms, all other things being equal, a lady w/ a nice Incall performing BBBJs will probably have at least double the number of potential clients in this market and that puts you at a distinct disadvantage.  

For example, my Decision Tree starts as follows:  Does she provide Incall? If yes, then does she perform BBBJTC; if yes, then Performance; if Yes, then Appearance; if Yes, then start looking deeper at reviews and pictures; back channeling, etc.

Step 1: is she hot?  Sorry, I can't get to step 2 because step 1 is a fail.  Perhaps it's the previously mentioned crappy photos or the look of being dipped into an inkwell.  Normally I'd say to raise your rates to shake the streetwalker feel, but I don't think it would work.  Sorry to be harsh, but I don't really see a fix unless your pictures look vastly different than you do in reality.

I don't mind the tats or your pictures.  I also find your rates attractive reasonably for this economy but for me the main reason you were not on my list is the CBJ.  Again as has been said before is your option but also is the clients option to bypass you.  Many of us have come to expect certain indulgences once we pass a certain Threshold in prices and BBBJ is one to me.  Just my 2c.

A photo of you "flicking the bird" is not really what I think a lot of guys are looking for. Invest a little and get some REALLY GOOD and CLASSY photos done of yourself.

Remember from a lot of the guys perspective, they have to a lot of times have an excuse for being gone, and in some cases may be spending a fair amount of money based on their income.

Also, I think the cbj is really going to hurt you. Many of the guys are seekign what they can not get at home. A REALLY GOOD BJ is probably at the top of that list. I'm sorry, but I just don't see how it is possible to do that with a cover. Bottom line is guys do their homework, and my guess is you get cut from the list as soon as they read about a cbj.

I wrote a review on you a while ago and I can honestly say I enjoyed myself and have tried to see you since you came back for good. I remember when I saw you, you said something about your tattoos and I think the area you decide to establish your self will play a small part in what is currently going on. I personally love them and I told you that when I saw you. Just be honest and be as up front as possible and you wont run into any problems. You haven't tried to do this to my knowledge but don't hide any thing or airbrush or try to touch up your pics that much, your beauty is what will attract us to you in the 1st place. Being that I have seen you before your current pics don't bother me but new ones or updated ones couldn't hurt. I think you a headed in the right direction by even asking. A few minor adjustments and you will be fine.
