Definition of GFE and donations

Ok, I'm about to rant, so let me know what you think....I'm especially interested in the ladies opinions.

I contacted a few ladies recently who have advertised on TER (2 with reviews), and have been getting responses back that their rates are significantly higher than what the reviewer listed. Not sure why the discrepancy, as the reviews are recent and I don't see why the reviewer would have any reason to lie. I asked about the difference, and got a response with a menu of options and donations. Now I'm used to seeing an extra donation for greek, or maybe even BBJ over CBJ, but extra for DFK and DATY? And apparently she thinks this is still GFE, but with DFK, DATY and BBBJ makes it "True GFE".

I don't get the distinction. You're either GFE or you're not. To me, GFE means DFK, DATY, cuddling, rubbing, kissing all over, caressing, etc. It's not a checklist of extras; after all are you going to have to ask permission for every little thing and chip in an extra donation every few minutes? You can't fake being GFE (well maybe, but you'd have to be pretty good)...you have to truly seem into the session, which I don't think you can be if something as innocent as kissing is seen as an extra.

Am I off base here? Obviously ladies can ask for donations for whatever they want, and I don't want to haggle, but some things should be a given if you're calling yourself GFE. Not to mention listing out services and donations seems like a red flag for uncle leo.
