Just my $.02, but I think this could be a legit question. Some people are really into nipples, and it's not like it is something you can find in the reviews. Maybe the poster is just looking for some pointers toward a provider who has nice big nips. Not my thing and I don;t know the answer or I would just say " From my experience, ProviderXX has some really nice big nips". Seems innocent enough to me. *shrug*

Personally I like really sensitive ones with pencil eraser tips.
