There's a well reviewed independent provider that I have wanted to see for a while, and finally have time this weekend.  However, she has not advertised in a couple of weeks.  

What's the etiquette in contacting her?  Since I have her phone number, do I call to see if she is available?  Or, since she hasn't advertised recently, do I just wait until she pops up again?

I hate BP!!! And even though I'm sure LE is all over TER, there are enough good guys here to not have to put myself out there like that. So please, please, please, don't wait until my business slows down so much that I feel the need to place an ad to call me!

Cayless, I understand completely why you would prefer word of mouth to having to adverstise on BP.  And from you many excellent reviews, I don't imagine that your business will suffer at all!
