It is likely that you had a normal orgasm with the cock ring.

As you said it was "dry". What really happend is that when you ejaculated,
the cum went back into your bladder instead of exiting out the penis. This
is a normal function if the cock ring is tight or very tight. The tight cock
ring simply constricted the penile outlet.

 

Ejaculating into the bladder is harmless, and there is no danger. If in
