If a hobbiest contacted you through PM on here and was asking some general questions about you would you take an offense to it. I contacted one alittle while ago and asked a question about the pictures she posts on here, she is the head of one of the agencies, asked if she ever posts her picture she didn't answer instead she asked me if I have ever used her service. I answered her question then asked her again about her pictures and told her I was concidering seeing her she didn't answer again instead told me she was not comfortable talking to me on here and asked me not to contact her again. I honestly thought this would be an ok place to contact a provider concidering the bases for this site. I think she would have had a problem with me if I contacted her through regular e-mail and didn't know I was a member here.

Being the owner or manager one must look at every contact much differently than an escort. They have much more to lose and are under big brothers eyes more often. To send one PM and then when you didn't get an answer send all your info to her e-mail might have been a better choice.

You can't use the PM system with an alias as far as I know so i'm sure you used your member name.

Myself, I do like to get a PM introduction but nothing would be discussed here that I wouldn't via the phone or e-mail. I still want references even with whitelists

I maybe surprised about what. just asking a simple a question.would they blow someone off if they got contacted through pm on here with acouple of none graphic questions that could possibly get them an appointment. which by the way would have been set up through the perffered means of contact.

Are you a regular poster here? Do you have current reviews? Someone with none of those I wont PM with. At all. Someone with a pedigree and history.. That knows people, sure PM me I dont have pictuires up so no need to ask.

Point is, we only have the OP's word that his questions were not rude or inappropriate. and since the OP decided to post the exact same question on the GD board under his "real name" we all know that this is far from beyond the realms of possibilities.

and what is really the big deal if some provider or agency owner doesn't want your  business, it's not like there is any lack of quality providers or agencies in this city.

Let's just pretend that I met you somewhere for the very first time, maybe at a bar or in a store.  Let's say I began our conversation by asking you some rather personal questions.  Wouldn't that raise a "red" flag in your mind?  There are ways to gain the kind of info you seek, but it first requires that you gain the confidence of those you ask.

Maybe he thinks by posting her name, he will get her to respond to him. My experience has always been that if you force a person to respond to you, you usually aren't going to be too happy with the response, but WTF do I know? lol

...you mention that you didn't actually contact a PROVIDER.  You contacted an agency owner.  I can't be certain of what anyone does behind closed doors, but my guess is that most agency owners do not provide.  If they do, they probably do it under a different alias and probably have an ad up with photos on it.

Since you are posting under an alias, I can't see whether you are a regular poster on the boards, or if you have current reviews.  If you do, I'm not sure why she wouldn't want you to contact her again.  I suppose it depends upon the nature of your questions.  If they weren't inappropriate or alarming, I would think a simple "no, thanks" would suffice, and  maybe a recommendation of one of her lovely ladies.

But this is all based upon the fact that I have no idea who you are or what you said to her.

Being a member of TER is great but e-mail is truly to the key with most providers.  Frankly, I get the e-mail notification that I have a personal message on TER or P411 or or or, and then I have to come to the site, sign in, etc...  so much easier to simply respond to an e-mail.  Especially if I am away from my computer and using my phone to check e-mail - checking mail on those sites is a bitch most of the time.

But, surely you aren't implying that the OP would say anything inappropriate to a lady.  This is beyond all realm of possibility.
