Just about every mainstream porn scene ends with COF and the reason is simple: demand. Men buy and watch the major majority of it because of the fantasy and like it or not, that fantasy ends in a facial. I can assure you, I have more experience with men than you do. In all of my years of being sexually active, I can only recall one man who asked for it... I believe it's something that men enjoy watching in porn, but don't actually enjoy doing as much in real life. COF is popular in porn, but in real life, the vast majority want CIM or want to finish during penetration. It may surprise you, but most clients don't read TER regularly.
