I decided to take a chance on one of the agencies in Atlanta that never seems to have any of its ladies reviewed. Don't get me wrong, the young lady was exactly the lady in the photo with a SMOKING hot body. She was very nice, educated, bright, passionate but was not going to kiss as she would turn her lips away. Trust me when I say I brushed, and made certain my breath was more than up to par.
It just put a damper on things for me when my date isn't into kissing like we all did in HS. I guess you could call me a romantic and I need to feel that there is some connection. I fully understand that it is totally her right not to kiss and we did not discuss anything like that ahead of time.  

I can't say much for agencies, but since I'm new to this website- I  esspecially I want to thank you for TOFTT to start with.
Please, don't let this one instance discourage you from trying new things and new providers. We all have to start somewhere!  
On the flip side, I'm sorry that your experience was unsatisfactory. Kissing is a very personal and intimate thing to a lot of people and sometimes (personally speaking of course) requires a lot more mentally than more intimate things. I wouldn't suggest avoiding TOFTT-ing again, but maybe if she doesn't have reviews just be a little more vigilant in asking the simple questions like kissing. I know a lot of girls won't answer any questions at all, but that is one of the few I do answer when asked since it can be a make or break thing for a lot of hobbyists and if they have a similar experience it could result in a bad review for me and hurt my business.
I agree, a lot of the fun is the foreplay and the lead up rather than the actual act (although, when the lead up is done right, my god is the act gooooooooood). I've had people that I found absolutely repulsive be astonishing kissers to the point of where I hoped they would book again just so I could kiss them again, or get me close just with a few naughty words, it's insane some of the things people can think of that gets you going! I've also had some of the most handsome men I've ever met kiss me once and made sure to note for future visits that I wouldn't allow kissing. It's a personal choice and as a provider, I try to leave it open on the first experience and gauge for future on discretion.  
Again, sorry you had a poor experience and left unsatisfied with your girl, hope you find something good soon that will provide the experience you're looking for to make you feel better!

Kissing for me is half the fun.  I like the connection it can create.  If she doesn't kiss, it doesn't totally ruin the date, but the date is significantly more fun and satisfying with DFK.
