will start a great dialogue, exchange a couple of flirty pm's and then all of the sudden stop communicating, just before you set up the appointment. I know sometimes they get busy. Maybe sometimes they think they're wasting time. But it's really frustrating and has happened to me a couple of times, even after I point out that I have okays on P411 and whitelists here. Makes no sense.
