I want to be the one who provides a sensual massage to a provider. Will any provider allow me to do this?

if you give them their hourly rate and they turn this down.  

In my experience, most will allow it and enjoy it, but a few will object for medical reasons.  

It helps if the provider knows and trusts you. It's hard to not only turn your back on someone, but totally relax into a massage if you have any concerns that your lovely masseuse's oil, etc laden fingers might wander into nether bits. (Which could be a problem especially if the massage lube is lotion or oil that might encourage a yeast infection, or if you're hoping for further play that would involve latex later on. Oil and latex do not mix.)  

Be vocal about (and genuinely open to) both feedback, and your willingness to stop if it doesn't feel right/good. And this might go without saying, but if the provider gives this feedback, or her body language suggests they're just gritting their teeth through it, ACTUALLY adjust, or stop entirely. Massage is absolutely a learnable skill, but some gentlemen want to hammer away-forgetting that we're half your size-and get praised for the mauling afterward.

I'm very comfortable speaking up about what I want more or less of in any life encounter, and usually in a way that doesn't leave anyone feeling the fool. However, understand that many companions in the industry aren't there yet, and you're almost certainly going to have to read body language both when you ask, and during the massage.

Why would anyone turn down a sensual massage? I have a client who sees me and does this and I appreciate it so much!

I allow sensual massage, it's best enjoyed with those I'm most comfortable with.
