I've heard of job-hopping before but ....

Could you fill me in on who she used to be?  At what agency?  I was thinking about seeing her, but the agency hopping concerns me.  I didn't realize.  Thanks.

in the "real world" some job-hoppers believe that changing employers will earn them higher salaries (usually true) as well as greener pastures (usually false).

Perhaps that is what is happening here in this case.

I would like to assure our clients and friends that we are careful with girls who agency hop, thus the reason Nina is on during a “trial” period, she has discussed with Me a couple of agencies she has worked for, she has passed our background check that we require for new Models and seems eager, we have had no negative feedback and are giving the girl a chance.  I did speak with one of the agencies where she worked I took their feedback into consideration upon hiring her and spoke with Nina about a few things that we did not consider to be terrible things.  

She is still a little new to the business and simply needs a little guidance.  

At Essential Referrals we want to provide our Companions with the opportunity to enjoy themselves and to enjoy their work and enjoy their clients.  

Trust Me we will know fairly quick if she is not a match for our company, she is running an introductory special this week and she has seen clients today, if the appointments were bad I can assure you that our clients would have been sharing that information with us.  

Our other Models have been more then helpful and welcoming of Nina and I hope that you guys are too.  

She seems eager to be a good provider and at ER we want to give her that opportunity.

no one was implying anything negative per se about the young lady's "agency-hopping", your decision to offer your thoughts speaks volumes about your class and the great dedication that you have to your employees, your clients, and your business.

I sincerely hope Nina has an outstanding trial period after her great start today and offer both you and her best wishes and continued success. I'm sure things will go great for her under your care and tutelage.

I believe it is very accurate especially after reading Monica's comment and the approach that ER is taking as far as a trial period and improvements on her abilities.

I will say that she is a flawless creature physically and the definition of 'cheerleader' type. Monica, if you need any help with her training, u know where to find me...
