I have noted in a few review that providers are meeting at common areas and then leading back to the in call.  This seems very safe for both and can be great for old or no reference guys.  Comments?

I always meet a few blocks away from in-call,I do it with New clients that "don't have references" & want to e-mail all there info Plus if we never meet & I get a BAD feeling ..There's nothing lost Plus I dont like giving out my address until Im sure that we are going to go through with appt.This has worked well for me.So I stand by it.

One lady I know says she meets her clients in public, lets them buy her a drink and acts like she's buzzed. She claims that LE cannot get her because making her intoxicated would be entrapment. I'm not a lawyer, but it doesn't sound right...

There is no way I will meet a gent even if he did have references. Thats NOT safe at all. What does being an old guy have to do with that? I honestly am very curious about that. Meeting in a common area does not mean it is safe at all. Please be careful if you are doing this or are planning to

especially if she is someone I'm seeing for the first time. I would have no way of knowing what she could be leading me into. Also, a policeman could see the meeting, think it suspicious, and decide to follow us. Either way, it could end badly.

TL by old I meant not recent, was not referring to age.  I am now convinced it is not a good solution by itself.  Really looking for new ideas.  Thanks

Oh ok Well may I suggest using services such as P411 or Date-check? I'm not sure if this has been mentioned yet already but they are great verification sites.

I like having wine with clients "not to get a buzz but 1).some clients like to relax  2).the MAIN REASON cause LE can NOT drink with you not cause of entrapment but cause there under the influence of alcohol so there would be NO case!

...you do it after they pass your screening as an extra screening step before they get your address etc right?

They can pretty much do anything they want and say anything they want and it's your word against theirs.  
They can go through with the whole act and THEN arrest you.

I know a lady that gave a BJ to completion and was arrested! LE can do whatever they want

I've been in the business 8 yrs and have never known this to be a good policy.  No reference or older men can be screened in other ways.  Meeting someone unscreened just isn't a safe move.  Besides compromising myself, jails are full of people who can talk their way in and out of everything.  They can look sharp, talk the talk, walk the walk and be anything from abusive to murdering.  I would advise any provider to never do this.

LE cannot entrap you because two adults going together anywhere holding hands from a public place is still legal or until the moral police decides otherwise sometime after 2012.

Fucking for pleasure will be declared a sin after 2012.
