I have actually been with providers but normally I was too skeptical and maybe they were to sketchy to use them for references.  If I want to play it safer, what are some good agencies or providers where I can use them as reference checks?  Basically, I would be starting completely from scratch.

There are several to choose from. Find someone you are interested in and see if they use/accept one of these services. Contact the service and you should be ready to go before too long.

I mainly use P411 versus provider references these days.  Much more disreet.
