I had someone  close to Orlando Florida try to get me to list another well known renovated swingers club. I declined bc I don’t know exactly how to sell a business with a piece of real estate. Plus I don’t want to be known as that kind of lady in real estate. Granted I have been to a few Paradise Valley events and have had a GREAT EXPERIENCE.  Still dying to go to Tampa’s Calliente. If I could be I would happily be a nudist on a regular basis.  
That’s hilarious! I’m guessing you are looking to buy a unique business opportunity. Or just finding humor in what you came across. Maybe give it a fresh, non intimidating feel. It would be cool to have something Miami-ish style here. Have SDC parties! Build it and they will “cum” 😂😂😂 I crack myself up.

You would have to make her the event coordinator. With a large budget. I believe she would make that place rock.
