"How" is the shortest provider?  That's a rhetorical question.  The worst sex I've had was still pretty good (yuk yuk yuk).

"Who?" might be a better question.  The shortest provider I've had is Katie, who I doubt is 5 feet flat footed.  She's great, as are her reviews.
