I'm just curious of the opinions of others about providers with dogs at the location.  First, I must say that I am not a pet hater or anything, but there have been many times that I have been uncomfortable int he presence of a dog, particularly large dogs while visiting ladies.  I was just wondering would it be tacky (for lack of a better word) of me to ask the provider if she has dogs at her incall location.  I don't like the smell, the hair shedding, or the large dogs looking at me like I'm their next meal.  Again, I'm not trying to be mean, but want the opinions of all on how to approach the situation to maximize my time with those providers who do have dogs present.  Some of my favorite ladies have dogs, but I don't see them as often as I do the others that don't have them.  Should providers or would providers be willing to let hobbyist know ahead of time if dogs would be present?  Thanks in advance friends!!

Damn dogs, shedding, leaving crumbs, shitting on floors, sniffing each others asses. (j/k)

If it is a major concern for you, I see nothing wrong with asking. You could always say that you have allergies to doggie dander. I am sure the vast majority of providers wouldn't care.

As a provider, I would think it makes sense for a provider to inform potential clients about their dogs. Some people are allergic and it would be unfortunate if a session is cancelled because of the presence of a dog.

Perhaps you could try asking prior to the appointment. I know I wouldn't feel comfortable with a dog around.

When I first met her, she had two, but both died along the way and she got a replacement. I don't mind dogs as long as they don't mistake my wiener for a hotdog and try to make a snack out of it!

I have no issues dogs or cats but I think it is unprofessional to subject others to them during a visit. Have come across this problem once, and I never ever went their again.

Some people are allergic.

I have no problems with most animals so if a provider has one I don't mind as long as it doesn't try to hump my ass while I'm doing her.

I see a lady with two small dogs.  I always bring them a treat and they go nuts when I walk up the sidewalk.  they don't bother me at all.  One will even jump up on the bed while we are playing.  She likes the body rub the lady uses on me and tries to lick it off.  So I have to shoo her away sometimes.  I have been scratching the dogs head while getting head myself.  I could see where it could bother a guy, but not me.  bigdell

I've always had large dogs and in the past when I saw gents in my home, I would always crate my dogs or put them in a bedroom until my visitor left.  Just common sense....

and the unexpected presence of any pet (dog, cat, whatever) would fall into that category.  If a pet will be present that should be made clear so the client can decide if he's OK with it or if not choose to pass.

You simply don't know if a guy is allergic or how much hair can get on his clothes regardless of how well you clean up. A guy having to explain how cat/dog hair got on his clothes might be an issue. I think as long as a lady tells clients UPFRONT about this, no issue but many don't say shit until the guy shows up hoping he will still pay and be nice about it.

I used to have a cat that would come to the incalls if no one was around to watch her, but we are talking BIG houses, not a one or two room hotel suite. The cat would be downstairs locked off from anyone, and we would never entertain in a room where she had been messing around in. I tend to use only leather furniture in my incalls (no carpet either) so that the hair does not stick to the fabric and is easy to get rid of. If you are stuck using only hotels, I would suggest getting one with a separate living and bedroom area so you can close the door behind you.

Pets, of any kind, enhance peoples' lives. Most, who have pets, care a great deal about them.
Now, having said that.
It depends on both the provider and the dog. Two, of my favorites(1 is ATF), both have dogs.
As long as the dog doesn't jump on me, or constantly bark, I'm OK.
Now the dog hair MUST be vacumed up. Nothing worse than shirt/pants full of dog hair. This could even be a 'hobby security' issue. SO might say, "who's got the dog?
