It's very helpful for information. Even the discussions are very informative when they stay away from the drama. The age old adage is true, Knowledge is power. There is much knowledge to be gleaned from this site.

TER is a great site for research and flirting with providers around their ads, but beyond that, do the boards have a value to you as a member of a community?

Recently, and for reasons that I'd rather not bring into this discussion, I've had the opportunity to reflect on what the boards mean to the community.  Not Atlanta per se, but our community made up of members of a lifestyle that has us shunned and demeaned by society as a whole.

And what is that value?  To me, its the ability to discuss all kinds of topics related to our lifestyle, from the frivolous to the hard.  We're a group of like minded individuals who normally wouldn't be able to have frank discussions about the hobby without these forums.

What is that value to you?

As someone who has been in the hobby for a few years but is still a relative novice in comparison to some of you, I can't tell you how important these boards are.

I don't live in Atlanta, so the only way I can keep up with the changes and issues hobby-wise surrounding the area is to come here. While there's plenty of entertainment involved, it's almost like a news outlet for me.

For example, when I first started making frequent trips to Atlanta and wanted to make this a regular thing, I came across a Web site called Atlanta Tender (yeah, you know all about it). I was blown away by the quality and quantity of the girls, but it seemed TGTBT. So I came here and lo and behold, it was. Saved my ass.

But, as mentioned, this is one of the few outlets I have to talk about one of my biggest passions. I have a few select friends that I trust enough to discuss my experiences with, but none of them are as knowledgeable about the subject as the good folks on here. So sure, checking out the latest pics and flirting with providers is great, but it's the camaraderie of all us in this sort of underground society that keeps me coming back.

Drama kings and queens doesn't make accustaions based innuendo, rumors, personal vendetta and sheer stupidity.

Very helpful-it is a terrific tool-gives you an opportunity to cross check reviews, etc....

This board has been an information resource for me and various people have been kind enough to point me in the right directions and help out with intel and the occasional "door opener".  As far a true community goes, this isn't where I spend my time.  Not social with board members off the board.
