the Craetive loafing ads!! LOL!! Ahhhhh those were the good ole days for sure!

Anybody remember participating in the hobby before the internet ? I remember the first provider I saw in Atlanta. The first thing I'd do when I checked into a hotel back in the day was check the yellow pages for escort services. They'd be pages and pages of escort services, probably most were the same agency with different phone numbers.  You'd call, give them the room number and what type lady you were looking for. I guess they'd call the escort and then she'd call your room.  My first was Jodee.......5'11" blonde probably mid 30's,  with nice body. I guess I just got lucky....no reviews, pics or TER or anything.
I think my 2nd experience came at "El Morrocos" ( a hotel lounge ). Not sure of hotel, maybe the Clermont ?  It was about a block away from the old "Cheetahs" location.  You could go to Cheetahs, get an appetite and then go to "El Morroco's".  You'd walk in, sit down and soon a lady would join you and then negotiate (pretty reasonable at the time) and then you'd go upstairs and get a room in the hotel. I guess that's the closest I've ever been to going to a brothel.

remember the places downtown that had the private viewing booths ? You' d go into a small booth and a girl would come out and play with herself .... and there'd be a piece of plexi-glass between you and her.

Damn, I may have even been more perverted back than than I am now.

It was near Marietta street.  It was a sex shop downstairs and upstairs were the rooms.  I can't remember the name of the shop.  That place was a hoot.

I'll never forget tall tan brunette Susan of Intimate Desires....

First experience was actually sort of a massage parlor with some sort of silly south-seas theme.  Some first experiences are good - this one wasn't.  I finally found Screw Magazine and used the ads quite successfully while I lived there in the mid-1970s.  Some very fine ladies advertised, but unlike now you often didn't know exactly what you were getting the first time until you got to the in-call location or the doorbell rang for the out-call.

NYC was also my first time; 1979, and was handed a flyer on the street. The house had maybe 10 girls; I picked a blonde from eastern Europe. Full on in a small room with a full mirror.

In the 80s, Creative Loafing was the key. It worked very, very well for me. Always couldn't wait for a new issue, and maybe, new girls. Had a few experiences that were challenging, but for the most part, it was all A-1.

I traveled the south extensively then. Any city in Tennessee was a gold mine, but the best was Columbia, SC. Well know places, beauftiful college girls, no limits.

Good times...

Never did the yellow pages though..I did Creative loafing and the sports section has a "massage" Section..At one time it was almost a whole page of 1/4 inch to 1 1/2 ads...LOL FUN.....
We had our anonymity intact. You'll had your local trusted Madams... Ahhh to be the last of a dying breed.....sigh.....

My first was the yellow pages, however, my first real upper class lady I will never forget: On Peachtree in midtown near the old Krystal she rolled down her window and flagged me down from the next lane over at a stop light. It was just like Suzanne Somers in the t-bird in American Graffiti except is was a brand new 77 gold Monte Carlo and she was to die for with the beautiful blonde flipped wings in her hair and with the collar of her white fake fur jacket showing.

"Needa date" she shouts. Could not have been a day older than me (18). Clean well dressed in dinner ware. She was no street walker. Claimed to be a college student. I was only good for BJ in her car, but oh she was sweet and smelled good. I was in love. She would not give me her number. I drove that stretch ever weekend for a year before I figured out that encounter was a fluke.  Great memories.

Houston had several studios you could visit and I found one or two ladies through the sports section in ATL.  One of the ATL ladies I saw a bunch for three years or so and then she disappeared.  After that it was Creative Loafing.
