I have been in some dinner dates with providers, and those dates have been good. I was wondering if there are some proper Etiquette that hobbyist need to do? Like a particular rule or something?

And the rest should follow.  After all if you are going to rent a girl friend why would you not treat her like a girl friend.   And a dinner date is as GFE as it gets.. Except that you WILL rather than should get laid at the end of the evening.  The only difference is that you pay her in cash rather than jewelry or rent or whatever...

don't wanna be stuffed and tired from the food and have that take away from the real reason for the appointment.  

What have you found has worked well on ur previous dinner dates?

Just like a date?  Of course, help lay out the evening up front.  On longer bookings I always ask for some long "hello" time on first meeting.

treat a (insert appropriate non offensive word here) like a lady
and a lady like (insert same word) and you will never go wrong.
