One suggestion I might make if a condom's reduced sensitivity is the problem, would be the good old fashioned hand job. I have to confess that I often cannot finish inside of a condom, especially if I am having sex more than once a day, the increased friction of a HJ does the trick almost every time. If you see time is runnng out and you really want to finish, that's the way to virtually assure a finish. Besides many, if not most women get sore after 30-40 minutes of intercourse, this might make you a "less difficult" client for many.

Another confession, I often fake orgasms, or at least take breaks after 15-20 minutes of intercourse. You don't need much recharge time for a second, third or fourth round if you aren't actually cumming every time.  Of course this requires much more than an hour session, but again I don't really see this as a problem lol

OK - I have a "problem" that I want to ask about.  I sometimes have trouble reaching climax in an hour session.  It is great while in the act and it can generally allow some fun activity where I don't have to be concerned about PE.  But in order to climax, I really have to focus and work for 10-15 minutes.  It almost never happens covered due to the reduced sensitivity.  This often causes the lady I am with to also have to work really hard and have great patience.  Thankfully, there are many wonderful women who do and are troopers.  But If I don't clock watch, I get worried sometimes that I'm going to run out of time and have to take a cold shower  (it has happened 3 times) which obviously can be very frustrating.

So ladies, roughly how often does this happen in an hour session, even with your best efforts?

If lost sensitivity from the cover is part of your problem, you might try using a female condom.  I have found that they feel more natural and nearly like BB.

session then?  That way you don't have to be worried about watching the clock, which could actually be contributing to your problem.  I love 90-minute sessions because both parties are more relaxed and don't feel rushed.

Thanks Genna.  More time has helped but there is always some time limit.  I seem to end up in the same predicament after 90 min or 2 hrs.  

Some ladies are very sensitive to this and focus along with me without me saying a thing.  Others respond very well with me when I mention the time.  But I've also had to leave because time expired and that was it.  

I've found that time management by both parties is critical no matter how much of it there is.

GaGambler - HJ/BBBJ finish is almost always a must... plus lots of the non-sticky lube.  The spray sticky stuff makes things worse.  Your idea of "faking" it is awesome.  I think advisor2008 has described "dry orgasms" that aren't fake but are repeatable.  I will have to figure out what my "O" face looks like though so I can recreate it  

Urologist can help you with the issue very successfully. It may not be a sensitivity issue after all, there many causes. After fighting this problem for couple of years, I started seeing a Urologist recently and he is helping. I am not fully recovered but on my way, it has been only 3 weeks since I seen him.

I did try some of the readily available and advertised remedies none worked. Then I started to think, and said to myself, I am spending $100's of dollars on this crap trying this and that, said to myself, if I go see a Urologist my insurance will cover and said, you are a grown man, go see a doctor who can help!

Do it.

It changed my life.  Testosterone therapy made all the difference.  I feel whole again.  I know for a fact that I can deliver at least once every time, sometimes twice a day compared to once a week!

Okay, so the "problem" is you can stay hard, keep going, and "you love her a long time".  And to think I've had to work up some passable skills with hands and mouth just to fill the other 58 minutes and make it worth the lady's while for something other than the $ involved to see me.
