Not sure if you all know, but this board as a whole is one of the best there is. There are a ton of great characters that participate on a regular basis. I would love for the rest of the country to know how great our city is.

Last night had to be one of the best chat sessions that I have attended in the TER Lounge.  I enjoyed exchanging views on rates, companionship, and the current state of the economy and its affect on the hobby.  You did an excellent job of hosting the chat and keeping the subjects moving forward.
