I'm not a fan of the Tilted Kilt in my area. I'd go to the Hooters before the Tilted Kilt. The Taco Mac places are good food and good TV viewing. It's hit or miss on the eye candy though. They're not known for that. Dave & Buster's is a good place for food and football. Again the eye candy isn't there unless you just get lucky.
