 I got a great job with great people. Everything should be great. But I miss it. I miss the companionship. I miss the excitement. I miss dressing up and wearing sexy lingerie. I miss the SEX!!! I thought I was ready. Im not.
Im having this moral dilemma because I feel like I should happy about the shift into normalcy,
 (whatever that is) but Im not even a little happy. So, do I stick it out in the real world or do I just accept the fact that this is me, this is what I love an do it my way?

You just answered your own question.

Try a bit of both. I am guessing your civ job is probably 9ish to 5ish Monday through Friday.  If that is the case play on the weekends and maybe even Friday nights. Go kinda UTR mask face pictures or loose your internet presence and see only folks you already know or are recommend to you by other ladies you know and trust. Hopefully that might give "the best of both worlds).  
Another option is I know of a couple ladies who are now mostly civ but play for agencies. Now, I don't think all agencies are up for this but there are a couple that are doing this including dealing with the ladies limited  availability.  

See guys you know, so you will never mix business with pleasure. The extra money won't hurt and you still get to dress up.  

What is normal? The only normal thing you should do is make yourself happy first.  Normal is overrated.

I suggest you stick with your new job for a while, and provide on a part time basis.  That may give you a better balance;  give it time; don't rush it-- you can always leave the job if it becomes intolerable.

Normal is a setting on my washing machine.

Start a really big savings account!   Good luck to you.

A couple of years ago I was outed by another provider, to family, friends, and my ex. It was devastating and I had to go deep UTR, but I also needed to get back into the civie work world to explain income.

With an alias like Springer im almost afraid to answer . Lol.  

Look at yourself in the mirror everyday.  If you ain't smiling, it ain't right.  
I'm not saying internal conflict isn't there.  It is for me and most people I assume.  But at some point you have to be able to say "I'm happy with who I am and how I address life..."  

Do both. Be exclusive to your favorites and soldier on.

Retiring cold turkey is a hard pill to swallow. I tried it and went through withdrawal. Easing out while seeing close friends is a good alternative.

Ok? There are bad parts...the not so nice reviews , the "haters", the aliases, people will call you out on the carpet (TRUST ME, I KNOW, LOL), you can't hardly keep ANYTHING in your life I secret (I learned that the hard way, too, lol)....but, in the end, it makes you STRONGER, if you LET IT.  
   
 AND there are GREAT parts...the gents you just ADORE seeing and even keeping in touch with, the reviews you LOVE and make you feel so good, the SEX, learning new things, meeting great new girls, doing folks a favor now and again, dd I mention the SEX? LOL  
   
 We ALL have flaws and faults....to me, it's just do yo want to be "game tight" or do you want to be REAL...I don't know you all that well, but, what I know I LIKE...you once said..."Don't put a man down, unless you intend to lend a hand to help him up." You HAD ME at "hello" on that one. Again, NONE of us are PERFECT.

I agree with the others that have suggested to provide part time. I work 40 hours in a day job and provide two days a week. I've never been happier in my life. It takes good planning and organization. It also takes understanding on the gentlemen's part. But, I've found with the gents I've seen so far, they do understand I have to get to bed at a decent hour, so it's good to start the date early. Also, my regular commute is 45 minutes, so I always get my incall closer to work, pack my uniform and just spend the night. Or, if the gent is staying or lives closer to your job, you can offer to spend the night. He's happy because he gets OTC and you're happy because your commute is shorter and you can drink as much as you want because you're not driving home. It sucks sleeping alone anyway lol. And, the great thing about providing only part time is that you hardly have to put any effort into advertising.
